Yes this has to happen, but even so she can do her bahu duties but forcing Vidya to go on a date with Madhav (I am sorry but that scene where she was pleading to Vidya but holding her hands seemed so desperate.) Is not a compulsory bahu duty right. She did all the planning and all is fine, but last call is of Madhav and Vidya about what they should attend. Her justifying she did it coz she didn't know is fine, but her saying her plan is better doesn't make sense coz she is not the actual bahu according to her words "ye shaadi sirf ek deal hai".

Genuine question:

Why does one have to be a ‘actual bahu’ to do good for anyone?

She is staying with them for her own reasons true, but she can also do things for people she stays with out of gratitude as well.

I agree that Armaan probably should have told Rohit about him and Roohi but he didn't do mainly because he saw Rohit was happy with Roohi and basically he thought that Rohit and Roohi will be happy together. He didn't know that roohi was marrying Rohit to be around Armaan. .

So for me it's more like Roohi is responsible for the things, Armaan went too much into family's happiness and because of that he didn't tell the truth.
