I've said the same. Unless they magically stick to their word and bring rohit back in Ist week of Feb they have done shivam dirty because he already rejected many shows for rista. Won't be surprised if he decides to leave the show because talent is too much to be wasted sitting idle

How will abhira also believe him though? She has seen armaan with chuhi so many times and she will also assume they were having an affair ( unless writers portray her dumb). If they wanted to copy ghum they should've copied it wholly imo because this will create so many plotholes

Madhav n abhira ka bond aise hi nahi dikha rahe. if blame for rohit's disappearance falls on armaan, she will try to track him as she has seen armaan's panic attack & his worry when they got to know about the accident.

Baaki rohit knows about his sacrifice he can defend armaan. But still how abhira will fall for/trust him kya pata kaise hoga. She can be a true friend that's the max she can be to him (if he himself confess the truth & ask abhira to help, then toh phir bhi chances hain, she trusting him)

Yes Pratisksha in all her ivs has been nothing but lovely. I wish she put in some efforts in improving her acting as well.
