Are they really married or it is some kind of campaign?

In Islam, you don’t have to divorce the first wife to marry for the second time. You can still marry again without divorcing your first wife if your wife gives you permission. You can keep four wives. Maybe she gave him permission to marry again. So they might’ve make some arrangement.

Is this his second or third marriage? Didn’t he married another woman before Sanai? Looks like he jumps from one marriage to another. He married Sanai right after divorcing first wife. Then, history repeated again. We don’t even know whether he officially divorced Sanai or not.

Are laws same across borders?

SRK is a Muslim but he can't practice polygamy because he is married to a Hindu through Special Marriage Act

Wouldn't there be more technicalities involved considering these two individuals belong to different nations?
