The plot is something that I've seen in many movies since childhood - some big thing which is to be kept a secret. Until the expected bad thing - usually someones health deteriorates - and he/she forgives the ones who played the drama all along. [The 'look how hard we were (or I was) trying' Game.] Can be Ahujas who reveal.

kkb like... and the comparisons... well...why not? creates the buzz, though i dont like it either. Stumbled upon an ig handle that does some reviews, and it mentioned if the promo gives rise to trp then the audience are to be blamed for preferring regressive content. I dont agree with it. but wont be surprised if thats the reason to have Babita in turbo mode now. may be the 'trp aunties' love it but a peek at sm would give them a good idea about how badly the promo has been taken - but perhaps thats the required buzz they wanted to create?

To me, they are interesting minus all the forced dialogues and scenes. The post was triggered by the precap - the banters are fine but then it ends with 'to ho gayi na mai aapki family?' with the kmtmg song in the bg. had one yesterday 'to ho gaya mai tumhara' kmtmg there too. I mean... stop it... we know they will end up with eo, so let things go on without these forced dialogues and scenes and focus on the story. Then bro has to mention 'we are professionals'

Way things are post wedding Amruta should wonder 'kaise mujhe tum sab mil gaye' with a facepalm. Cant agree more that Virat needs to grow before this marriage. Else destiny is not a good thing - at least for Amruta.

PS: on the other hand, seeing fans on X love these forced scenes.

I feel Sanjana's chapter will last longer than Gautam's.

Sanjana has no ulterior motives (unless something is revealed around Ishika later on). That motive is with Babita and with Virat being the way he is, quite possible he will have to be pulled out of the mandap by his 'knight in shining sari' to save him from walking into a bad marriage for the second time.

Gautam though had this weird reason to say a temporary yes. Has made it clear to his mom we will see what to do later. Feel they are just waiting for an excuse to pull out of the alliance - esp if he has contacted Virat, his potential client. They can take offence to Aaji's Q and A session too.

Her saying she has to find a new job can also be one reason. Saying that is something the character should do, but dont know if for the sake of drama they will not make her reveal that. May be that happens in the next meeting and also forms the bg of what babita says to her, courtesy info leak by Ishika ('psst... her alliance broke yesterday', 'psst... after all who will marry her?')

btw noticing that they have disturbed the kind of delicate balance they had until the 50th ep. Started with the 'we are professionals and you are nothing special' dialogue. Even the discourse here has changed a bit - esp after the promo. The dialogue we took as fun perhaps. May be they will find a new norm / new balance in a few days. They have shaken things up in both the sides of the story. In a way made Ahujas worse.

Possible she knows what happened. That would be good actually. I dont like this 'lets pretend everything is fine until she is around' game they are playing - not even in the movies I've seen in the past. Always made me think, even as a kid, 'why not tell the truth?' Always found that to be the easier option - even with the price to pay for it.

For someone who catches every slip of tongue, odd that she didnt catch on Ammu's 'may be you dont remember, we live on the 3rd floor... not 5th'. Quite possible she doesnt want to be harsh towards Ammu, or that she wants to catch Bhavani-Harsh-Ishika redhanded / hear it from the horses mouths.

Think the show is doing these things a bit differently - outcome of Nimrit thing was kind of unexpected. Given that, this seems possible.

Letting her go is bad but forgivable (crime of omission). In that sense their response was fine, even appropriate. If she made her go thats bad and unforgivable (becomes crime of commission) and i would expect a much stronger objection to that.

QA was odd. Tallest mountain in India is not Mt Everest - something both the principal and Virat got wrong. (well... the writer got wrong and no one corrected too).

Lohri and Makar Sankranti to be celebrated together - Virat and Ammu to handle the celebrations. Sankranti first and Lohri in the night (think thats the way they mentioned).

Gautam and mom to make a visit to meet Aaji.

Dadi sees Jayesh and Ishika outside the door - a trip from Ishika helped the cause.

Mauke pe chauka by Jahan - Ishika got what she deserved. Not surprising Jayesh ended up with Ishika - seems like something he's been doing for long - acc to Aaji.

Virat - Amruta scene... I dont see much hope in Virat. Concerned only about his family Fine if his family was 'good'. Nimmi ki Lohri special banani hai to why create discomfort for the rest - guess even he expects to show off his wealth in the function. banda London se bhi pada hai? Ya phir writer ne Harvard ko London me samajh liya?

Amruta's birthday to come up after Sankranti. At least they mentioned this beforehand. So she'll be 30. Good.
