From what she said Wahaj is a people pleaser kind of a person who cannot say no - so will say yes out of obligation and friendship. With friends like Badar, who needs enemies. He used to share Mein TRP in the beginning but not anymore. Maybe he thinks he will be trolled for it? I've heard most reviewers say Ayeza is the one carrying the show. Maybe if he hypes Mein, he thinks that people will start bashing him that why is he hyping such a poor quality show or why is he trying to take credit for its success when it is Ayeza who is carrying the show? You can clearly see they were hastily added and shot later to include more scenes of the lead couple while the Asif-Ayra track is going on.

Like you said she didn't acknowledge that post of Ayeza. Jabke she follows her. Wahaj & Ayeza toh don't follow eachother anyway & what I have observed is Wahaj does not really respond to most things apart from Mein. Idk might be team's thing...

That's because most couple fans or shippers are women, they always side with women in the ship. You can see this playing out in Bigg Boss from Priyanka Ankit, Tejaswi Karan, Rubina Abhinav etc shippers never support men when there is a point of conflict.

Keeping my own feeling aside, I have a genuine question. Is 22Q really receiving consistent praise?

I follow a number of review shows and I have only seen Fuschia consistently champion 22Q and they have really appreciated Wahaj and Hareem performance. SH has a like-hate relationship with 22Q. I have seen them praise Wahaj for the post-accident panic attack but then also shade him saying Junaid is like Zaid and Saad. GL does not review 22Q. AK Buzz, another review show I watch, don't like 22Q and the thought Wahaj was overacting in the post-accident scenes. Plus, neither of the year-ender lists by anyone included 22Q or Wahaj or Hareem's performance in it.

I appreciate Wahaj as Junaid but sometimes I think that I may be in a minority. So genuinely curious if other than Fuscia and some small group of fans, how consistent really is the praise for 22 Qadam/Junaid?
