Haan even I felt that he are thinking ki Abhira ne banaya hai. He didn't even ask Roohi what she made. He was actually smiling and blushing to see Abhira bringing tiffin for him. Twitter par bhi people are like he chose intentionally Roohi one when it wasn't the case. I mean just look at him, he is confused between the two and picked anyone like that.

She will distance herself from him and he will get restless

I guess Abhira will find out about him having Ruhi's breakfast and blast on him, with all the previous incidents adding fuel to fire. May be then Armaan will realize how his actions are being perceived and decide to maintain distance from Ruhi. That may be why he refused to help her in the precap.
