Wow 😢.  So he had Ketamine (authorized) in his system which may have caused him to pass out and drown. But he also had coronary issues and respiratory issues that contributed as well.  It kind of sounds like he was a ticking time bomb healthwise, but the ketamine sort of sped up his passing.

I hope he’s at peace now.  And I hope his legacy will be what he wanted it to be, inspiration and guidance for others struggling with addiction.
