Is it too naive of me to expect that they will explore Z-MJ’s relationship more once Ayra is out of the equation.I don’t recall anyone talking about Mub’s BPD in the drama yet..correct? I saw a BTS -W n Ayeza in the hospital n it looked like a hospital discharge scene. There’s more to come I think!

What we need is one scene where MJ and Jaffar apologize to him. He's been wronged by both of them in the past. Only then can I see him genuinely changing. That, or if he was really in love with someone.

It's quite ironic. Everytime Jaffar falls sick or gets tensed, its Rayaan who has taken care of him. But the minute Jaffar is fine, all the attention and preference goes to Mubashira.

I don't remember any scene of Rayaan taking care of Jafar. 😬

I feel all he needs is a jhatka to know what he could lose- a small redemption track...and Kash can just keep a namesake relationship with him for the kid. 🤭 May be taking care of a small kid will change him. Kash can go hang out with her friends and he can develop some responsibilities.

Z-MJ. Actually what do we need is the question.

He owes her an apology...MJ is already asking for haq etc.

Once Ayra is out and Z feels he can trust MJ, he will let his feelings take over. All this drama only will take us there. There may not be elaborate scenes.

I hope there's a hospital scene. I was hoping MJ accidentally overdoses on her pills...and ends up in hospital. 😄

It'd be nice if Zaid knew she was on meds all this while and is not as strong as he thought. She may not show it, but she's sensitive deep inside

Yes. You are being naive. Bcz they will not explore Zaid-Mub relationship. I even doubt about them showing any proper backstory of Zaid's unrequited liking even in a monologue.. They'll just give lollipops here & there in Turkey. Once they are back to pak, Zaid will get back at Ayra's service.

Also Ayra will not go anywhere. She will be there till the last episode. If at all Mub-Zaid are the endgame then they'll have last 2 mins of last episode to confess and have HEA. About BPD, yes, they didn't tell in the drama but made it clear that she has some illness and is on meds.

They are just dragging the show right now . This whole week has been a filler.

Lazy writing. But I feel I have myself to blame for venturing into this after Badar ruined MPHT and knowing how Zanjabeel is as a writer. Pretty sadistic. I basically only dared to watch because of Wahaj - I think a lot of people did. Either him or Ayeza fans. So the disappointment is understandable. However this can be avoided if people don’t follow actors and instead look at who is directing /writing the drama. And the production house and what they have given us in the past. It gives you a good idea. Not all Pakistani dramas follow a format like Mein but yes a LOT do. You just learn to judge better with time which makers to trust and which not to.

For example Jannat se Aagay - a 7th sky production. You know you’ll see quality sets. Nothing like Big Bang. Writer Umera Ahmed. Who is outstanding. And director Haseeb Hassan who has done excellent work in the past. So even if the cast has new people or not the most popular actors, you expect to get your money and times worth at the end.

With Mein people just followed the show because of actors. Imagine this show with new unknown actors and trust me nobody would tolerate this story lol. It’s not well written or well made. It’s better to just go with dramas whose makers you can trust instead of following actors. Because good and bad quality stuff - both are getting made. Just have to pick and choose wisely. Green is a new channel that’s making a lot of good quality content but you wont necessarily see a popular actor on the drama covers. But they’re good

As for the touchy feely thing, I know wahaj has no reservations with that. I know Yumna does and Ayeza does too. TB was rare for Yumna but because she’s besties with Wahaj she was comfortable enough to push her boundaries in that. So I guess the reason in Mein is that maybe Azeekah was very comfortable with those hug scenes and romantic scenes so Badar made the most of it. And also there’s a comfort and tenderness in the Zaid Ayra dynamic. During their sweet times at least. So logically it makes sense for them to be touchy feely - especially in their post marriage honeymoon phase.
Having said that, Badar also did not direct the Zaid MJ scenes to their maximum potential. The blurred hands are proof. I don’t think Ayeza has any issues with holding hands at all. That’s on Badar

Rayaan was there for Jaffar after Mohib divorced Mubashira. He only left Jaffar's side to look for Mubashira after they found out she had driven off somewhere. Again, when Muabshira's video went viral on social media he was there for Jaffar...the scene where she screams jab bade baat kar rahe hai toh beech mein nahi bolte.

Tbh a namesake relationship wouldn't be healthy for either of them. Zaid and Mubashira at this point can still make it work. I don't see the same for Kashmala and Rayaan. Both need a reality check and a fresh start. Kashmala needs to explore the world, maybe study some more, understand the qualities she wants in a partner. Rayaan needs to work on his commitment and relationship issues while taking his job seriously

Kashmala is over pampered and Rayaan hasn't received any attention. The only way the toxic parenting cycle can break is if they go their separate ways but remain friends. I don't want them bringing a child into the world and then having something namesake. Whether they have a kid together or with someone else, their child will need the traditional family environment. Only then will the cycle break forever.
