He broke up with her, she wanted him to stay, she pretended as if they were still together. Didn’t Ankita herself on the show tell how in the last 6 months of their relationship there were multiple occasions where they took a break?

Oh everyone has a right to leave a toxic partner, but own up and leave first, before finding a new one. Otherwise it is two timing. Taking breaks doesn't mean they're broken up. It means you're taking space from the relationship to figure things out. It doesn't mean doing a Ross, that too in a long relationship.

If he was two timing, that is completely wrong and I won’t condone that but I completely understand why he would want to leave Ankita. She is a highly insecure, possessive and controlling personality. Anyone would feel suffocated being with her. Imagine not being able to make friends because of your spouse? If Vicky did the same to Ankita, there’d an outcry of support for Ankita and hate for Vicky. On the top of this, she is also a narcissist so it is impossible to have a sane discussion with her without actually offending her. Aise bande ke sath how can you expect someone to stay.

And jaise yeh Vicky ko torture karti hai, I wouldn’t be surprised if he screwing up someone outside.
