Yes, Goenkas how ever useless they are atleast they never stopped their daughters in pursuing their dreams and career. Arohi was so ambitious, practical and confident. akshara chose her own way, she was never dependent on anyone.. Ruhi is grown up in a house where is free to live life in her own terms.. I don’t know why they have made Ruhi’s character this way whose main agenda and motive is to be around Armaan, a person who has messed up everything and it cannot be reversed. Now people say, why Ruhi has to agree for marriage? Yes it’s absolutely wrong, but also this guy didn’t even give her hope or a hint to break the engagement so that he could talk and convince the family later and set it right. All he said was Rohit is a good guy and he himself cannot go against to his family’s choice.. Ruhi’s mistake was not to slap him on that day and just walk out from that place.. The hope he didn’t give her on the day of engagement, what Umeed she has now on him.
She also was a doctor practicing in the family hospital.. so she had a stake in everything to give Ruhi a decent life .. Ruhi is not thinking of any career
