This scene always makes me cry. Too much angst… Sassi’s parents are to be blamed for the way she turned out to be.

In my mind, Amna died or went back to London, gave Qasim divorce. And Sassi and Qasim met in their 40s and got together.

Sassi's entire family was sh*t.

Amna died during child birth and sassi and qasim got together within an year and raised the child together . Sassi didn't go anywhere for them to meet in their 40s. She is still in the same.house..
