...

Which is the reason I wanted it to be Ammu.. and present it in a way that doesnt make it a big thing in her life, without making it the main theme of the story. Past... jo bhi tha... divorced ya widowed... she has successfully moved on with her life and it no longer bothers her unless perhaps when her mom insists she get married. To me it wouldve added a layer to the character.. and if people say things... well... good thing to showcase that (hopefully without being preachysmiley36).

Also have this beef around some movies (regional ones)... many times it's the ML who has a past. Even though the movie be really good always had the question why not the FL. Cant someone write a good enough script around that?

Fine with Virat too, just that I'd preferred it to be Amruta.

She unfortunately is the victim of her own mother, naani, and maami who always talked about her faults and deficiencies than her strengths. Plus Babita also is the culprit/ instigator in this ‘Bhaag ke shaadi karna’. smiley13 Her incessant harping on Nimrit’s 5 failed alliances, and her dabey rang, her advice on not arguing with Rajiv, all sealed Nimrit’s fate. smiley18

Fact!smiley27

I had no idea about her elopement, but def had thought of what you mentioned above. Unfortunately baad mein pachtaegismiley28

Maybe Ishika always had help from her goons. smiley22 Plus Sriti as Amruta isn't fat at all, she can be easily carried unconscious anywhere. smiley36 What would have been unbelievable is if the opposite happened, Amruta making Ishika unconscious and gagging and tying her up.

Well, I wouldn't mind itsmiley36 Ho sakta hai but most dif to carry her.

['Tu' and 'Tera' is not as disrespectful as it may sound to non-Mumbaikars.] May not go well for FL / itv / Rest of India. Ishika is said to be around her age too. plus with what she has done, sure Amruta doesnt need to show any respect to her. Think she addresses her as 'Tum / Tumhara' in the scenes around Chitnis' story. In that sense can continue with Tum and Tumhara elsewhere too.

btw Remembered there was a specific situation in kkb where Pragya stopped calling Tanu 'aap' and switched to 'tum' for the rest of the show - during the mms track after Tanu calls up her mom, leading to Sarla's heart attack.

Ya gusse mein the "Tu" nikalta hai I noticed. It could be used here. Kher hamein kya? The best is yet to come (my pov)

The ep belongs to Babita's and Nimrit's stupidities.

Nothing revealed around whether Babita made her go, but she certainly believes all is fine for Nimrit to get married to him - esp since he apologised 'profusely' and according to them adequately.

Could've stopped the wedding if Virat had left immediately instead of having to reason with Babita.

even the Dad & Mom Shekhawat know they have trapped the girl.

Dildar and Virat smiley20. Liked the connection Amruta made about how Dildar stood up for her and not her dad! Various connections with past incidents made. smiley20

Virat burns the document but dont know if that has any meaning too.

Well... Nimrit deserves what she will go through. Yup... some women willingly walk into the trap.

End of it Babita and Nimrit still believe all is fine. smiley37 Nimrit's plea to Virat..smiley29 [probably didnt become her dream wedding because Amruta exposed Rajiv? smiley36]

Overall a good ep in terms of emotional content and conflicting views.

Probably the first big emotional scene in the show for Arjit. He is okay but can improve. the ones inside the temple were fine. The starting pose outside the temple felt odd which actually coloured the rest of the scene for me. But good - doing better than I expected him to. smiley20 Was fine here... but emotional scene with Sriti may be a different story. The one in the last ep with her was fine.. but it wasn't as emotional a situation as this one.

Let's not talk about it. I will only say aaj aur kal ka eps Dono Mister Ahuja (baap and beta) ke naam! Finally some sane ppl in that house. Dildar Uncle on his anger towards his wife and sahi bhi hai (kash he stays a lil more on upcoming eps) and Virat for accepting he was wrong regarding Amusmiley27 And the way he wished he listened to her, haye! And Amu ke Baba anda hai, but she found someone better, Dildar Unclesmiley27 (Abhi toh nahin but this will be and should be an amazing Sasur/Bahu Duo)

Aai ne sahi kaha na, "hum aurtein aise hai..." It's true (not all but rare are those not getting into it). What we do for the sake of love and more, hum hi jaane. Only when we fall into it, we gain consciousness of how stupid we were.

Yes, Arjit is doing great and today's eps was one of the best to date. No much drama but necessary ones, I like it this way, my only complaint is they should balance both families' scenes in one eps (not focus on one family at one time).

Bhavani Aai is capable of more, akhir Amu ke Maa hai woh. She is far better than The Babita Ahuja.

I forgot to talk about the papers on my previous post, for whatever I studied in business & law, you should have at least two counterparts, right? One for you and the other for the client or opposite party. Don't Shekawats have one?

Lakin on ITV some rip it, some burn it like Virat and that's it everything khatam, yeh kaisa logic hai? (just like no locks on phones, flying stuff...) When will ITV be a bit logic?

Can get why Nimrit is gullible, but Babita being so is at least a bit surprising. Glad at least Virat and Dad are aware of the gravity of the situation. Bad thing is Babita wont learn the lesson even now. Add egotism to gullibility and stupidity, guess one can have quite a potent weapon.

Actually! I now think Babita is that strong woman on the outside but not on the inside. Agar dekha jaye Bhavani Aai is far better (despite her thoughts of leaving her kids to her ex-to-be)
