So...it was a toy helicopter? No other explanation other than that for such a low height for Kangana to not only jump in the water but also show a thumbs up to a person not wearing anything to enhance her eyesight.

VFX needs a lot of money or skill. Uri director said since he didn't have those he tried to keep most of the action sequences live... real bomb blasts wagera. If they had tried VFX the result would have looked like this or like Adipurush's.

It's just lack of money (so poor VFX-action). And the speed tweaking by the poster. This is why A-list actresses don't try such movies. They know the producers won't spend even 5% of a male action film on post-production for a movie led by a woman. Even Bhoi's films have funny actions if it's not produced by YRF. Ranbir's action sequence in Animal would have looked comical if the editor hadn't saved it. He sucks at actions. Hamesha lagta hai hag dega.
