Shravan and Dasrath scene, gosh this is so sad, shravan saying aap bas mere parents ko water dedo gosh

Dasrath took the water ka matka to his parents, un log ne puchna hamara beta kaha and then dasrath told everything to them then shravan mom passed away and shravan dad gave dasrath curse.

Ravan scene now gosh itna gussa uff, he left with his brothers for tapasya and for boon

Das sir arpan kiya ravan ne bhrama ji ko then Bhrama ji aaye and vardaan diya. Raavan asked for amar but bhramaji said he cant give him that, then raavan asked about abhay that no one can kill him, he got his boon. Then he asked Vibhishan and kumbhkaran to ask for boon, kumbhkaran asked for nindra and vibhishan aaked for hari bhakti

Raavan seen climbing to lanka, then srupnakha and his mom scene then his mom went inside and told her husband and kuber about raavan, then raavan came inside and showed his anger and aggression

Ravan's potrayal is so annoying. His tone of talking , language is so primitive and disrespectful .

He is like talking to Brahma dev "ki ye toh de sakte ho, woh to de sakte ho"

He literally told his father "Bhago"

Aise kaun baat karta hai Feels like someone from today's time is talking. I didn't like the words in the dialogues for ravan at all.

I had lot of expectations from the actor playing Ravana , as he suits the role. But his pronunciation and diction is very off putting .

Also what is the anyaya he is ranting about? Kubera didn't get lanka as inheritance from father. He too did penace and got Lanka and pushpak vimana as boon from Brahma dev.

Also is there a story of Rishi Vishrava abandoning Ravana and his family like the way it was shown?

I read that Ravan got the knowledge of vedas and shastras from his father. Here he is like he never got to spend time with his father

Also I wonder why Kumbakaran is shown hefty from childhood itself. I thought he became like that after he asked nidrasan by mistake as boon

Shravan Kumar and Dashrath scene was very poignant and well shot . Loved the acting .

As per Valmiki Ramayana(Uttar Kand), Lanka was actually the land of Ravan's maternal grandfather which then went to Kuber , so he wanted to free his land (he associated more with his mother's side family) so yes this can be told an injustice rest everything seems creative liberty

Yeah, I read that Lord Vishnu ousted his grandfather and all other rakshas from Lanka. So him hating Lord Vishnu from childhood makes sense .But don't know why he hates his father so much . Must be creative liberty as u said .

I don't know where to share this but Srimad Ramayan won't be available on any ott or online platform. It will he only avaliable on cable TV and DTH. So there is no official way to watch it online. Maybe the only way to watch online is pirates sources.
