This line gives the wrong representation of the whole scenario. If Munna doesn't feel uncomfortable when Ankita pecks him or holds his hand while consoling him then this statement is absolutely basless and wrong. You find her actions uncomfortable as a viewer ;that's you POV. It's fine but making comments like woh char rahi isn't appropriate when she considers Munna as her brother . Munna has never mentioned even once about being uncomfortable with Ankita's proximity. Each and every person has different way of showing their affection towards their closed ones and friends. Ankita does her part of consoling in this way.

Anurag and Abhi aren't her friends . I've never seen her sharing a same deep bonding with them like she shares with Munna.

Give us another examples . I've never noticed any situation which you are claiming about Ankita. Many people misinterpret the things unknowingly and unintentionally.
