I got what you are conveying and please do not take it as a personal criticism par this subconscious slip of tongue of where North Indians are shorthand for 'Indians' and rest of the population is qualified by their regional identity i.e "South Indians" "North East walo" pretty much sums everything about us as a country.

I have an Indian friend who visited kasol three years ago and according to him it was not just one cafe who were pulling this crap… other establishments are still doing it, just more discreetly…
