He pulled some strings to get her the position which should have been hers in the first place. But he knows things are not always fair. This is nice present from him.

So Maan is not planning to keep the marriage a secret from his family. Geet doesn't want this to influence her career. When he tells his family, will they keep it under wrap?

Its a surprise that Maan is so tolerant of kids. He never got his parents' attention. He did not get all bitter about it. He wants the kids to be themselves and have a good time.

Maan is more than fair to the family but still they think he can not be trusted fully. They are afraid of getting on his wrong side but very happy to take advantage when they can. Putting their kids in front of him so they can be groomed and take over in future.

M- Come out of the entrance towards xx gate.

G-There is no need for that …the crew has arranged -

The call disconnects.

Geet stood with her luggage for moment feeling anxiety creep over her.

For a moment she had forgotten that he is also here.

She will have to face him too.

She enjoyed her success now.

She needs to pay the price.

After a few seconds she regains her composure and informs the crew that they don't need to drop her off.

She starts walking to the area which Maan had mentioned.

She looks around if anyone was holding a placard with her name on it.

Instead, she sees the handsome Devil leaning against a car…legs crossed, shades on, immaculately dressed in a business suit... playing with his mobile... with not a care in this world.

Geet walks over to him.

Sensing her approach, he puts away his phone and walks towards her.

He gives her a half hug, murmuring 'welcome back.'

Geet is standing stiffly and nods slowly.

Maan quickly let’s go of her and helps put away her luggage.

He opens the passenger door for her.

She is surprised to see that there is no driver.

Maan starts to drive and asks her.

M- Do you have to go back to your parent’s place?

G- Yes…

M- Do it tomorrow morning then. We will be going to my family's ancestral place for the festival. I was thinking we can take tomorrow night's flight to go there.

G- Tomorrow?!

Maan frowns slightly.

M- You need more time to handle your side?

G- I... I hadn't really planned ... I think maybe 2 days.

M- Oh. How about you go there and let me know if tomorrow night is feasible. Else we will go day after tomorrow.

G - Okay…

Geet tried to calmly recover from the bombshell he has thrown over to her.

But it's her mistake…. he had informed her about this 3months back.

She is the one who forgot about it over the period of time.

Slowly digesting the news of meeting his family and trying not to become too anxious about it…she takes out her mobile and informs her family that she will come meet them tomorrow…

G- Where are we going now?

She asks Maan

M- Your place.

G-Oh...

But it didn't look like the road to her home.

It didn't look like the road to the employee dorms she had been staying at.

He drives into a high-class society which seemed to have pretty strict security and into the basement parking.

G- I don't live here.

M- Upgrade. Since you are a popular star now. Your company has upgraded your accommodation. You can't live with flat mates who can leak your personal information. Plus, you need more security from fans and paparazzi trailing you. Most of the successful stars are staying in this complex. You might be seeing them around.

G-How come I didn't know about this upgrade? I have to bring my stuff from the dorm too…

M- I got someone to bring your stuff over. I also asked one of my female secretaries to come over and buy whatever extra stuff you may need. They didn't inform you? Isn't it in your contract?

Maan takes her luggage and walks over to the gate of her apartment.

He smoothly takes out the key card and enters.

M- Here. This is the only key. Don't make copies. Keep it safely with you.

Geet nods and the asks after a few minutes

G- How come you know all this... also have this key?

M- Didn’t you list me as your emergency contact? You were away so they contacted me.

G- When did I add you as my emergency contact…?

M- How would I know? So many questions!! Aren't you tired? Go freshen up.

He very lightly pushes her towards her room.

M- Did you have dinner? Want to order some food?

G- Sure. Okay...

Geet goes into the room and finds everything she may need is already present.

There is her stuff it's in boxes yet basic necessities like toiletries, skin care products everything is well stocked.

She opens the cupboard and finds a few sets of casual wear and nightwear.

She picks one up and sees the lingerie under it.

Geet freezes for a moment.

Mechanically her hand moves, and she finds several sets of lingerie of different kinds.

She closes her eyes for a moment and lightly bites her tongue.

The slight pain helps her focus and regain some confidence.

She shuffles through them and choose a one which didn't repulse her too much.

Quickly taking a bath she puts on the lingerie.

Gives herself some pep talk.

With ' let's get this over with' mentality she steps out of the room boldly.

Maan looks over at her quite dazed.

Geet looks away not wanting to meet his gaze.

Clenching her fists tightly to stop her hands from shaking.

After a few moments of silence, Maan finally speaks.

M – emm…that's quite revealing, no? Do you dress like this when receiving food delivery... it can send out quite a few mixed signals you know…

As Maan was prattling, the doorbell also rings.

Maan ko nahi pata ki wardrobe mei kya hai. Secretary just thought to cover all bases.

Geet thinks that Maan deliberately put these things there and maybe wants to exercise his husbandly rights.

Geet looks at the door and back at smiling Maan and runs inside her room again closing the door with a bang.

She feels like bashing her head one moment due the embarrassment.

Next moment she feels like bashing Maan's head open and take a long look at what is going on inside.
