The thing is Kabir gets affected by only Bhoomi.

That shows the blood connection between them but that same sense of connection isn't there between Kabir & Nagar kids. Only KABIR's choices of foods matches with Yuvika. Kabir doesn't get affected by anything related to Yuvika ISHA. That's why I feel Kabir isn't entirely related to them, SAUTELA thing makes more sense between Kabir & Nagar kids!
