Amruta back to her waitress duty smiley7. As per promo I thought she left that job but seems he will bring her back so more humiliation on the way.

Sinhala serials are very simple/natural/logical and realistic. They were of the opinion that Ekta kapoor serials are harmful to creativity and should not be brought into their entertainment world. But, Kumkum bhaya got the green signal/Abhigya became famous like here and many more Hindi serials got dubbed. But sadly, when i visited later found that they started following the Indian serial pattern with too much dressing/melodrama and their originality had decreased. I thought about this with irony when Ekta got the Emmy awards for best tv director.

Western people watching our serials will definitely have wrong impression about our ways and traditions which does not reflect the current social scenario here. I wonder when our serials will get the transformation needed.

I am from the 90s. So we did have good, excellent content filled Hindi serials, then. Unfortunately Ekta ruined Hindi serials first with her SaaS bahu sagas, later possessive/ abusive lover and now it has degenerated to the current ott, melodramatic state. I liked Hasratein, Banegi apni baat, Hum paanch. These type of serials were more serious, well researched, lot of effort went into the screenplay, casting etc. Now every Tom, dick and Harry is being cast in these serials. So everything from story to screenplay and acting has gone south.

Guessing the promo scene happens after this? May not be a drunk scene - that's how the sbs guys interpreted it.

May be Virat - the good Samaritan - in order to save the 'poor victim' man from her 'vicious claws', brings her home... and in the end she will have enough.

So precap has a forced dialogue from Amruta "mere hote huve nahi" when Virat says take him to a hospital else he will die (because coffee fell on his hand). smiley29

Yeah... thinking about it they are keen on having combo scenes - had to include Virat even in this cafe scene. So why would they let her leave? Very likely will have some excuse to make her continue there.

They show nonsense about Indian society. God knows what idea the non-Indian viewers get on seeing all these shows. True that most times people record incidents on phones rather than helping, but that also is seen to sometimes be more detrimental to the innocent bystander than the perpetrator. They get in trouble with police for reporting crime rather the criminal getting caught. But this is true in all countries( atleast Asian countries.. no idea about the West).

You can share clips here, unless it's derogatory to or harmful for the reputation of the actors then don't share, otherwise it's fine. smiley36

I don't judge. I appreciate only the good parts and laugh at the craziest ones. But I agree about the whole nonsense, sometimes I'm like India is not about that so why are they giving the audience such stories...sometimes it's funny but sometimes it's not.

Not that wrong but yes I have a problem with the production way, not finite shows and all cringe, that bothers me. Shows are too long and the essence of a show gets lost in the way. Too much to say actually but it's not that bad

Aap log toh jante ho that I'm not Indian, I saw some ITV shows since childhood and I rather chose shows from the early 2000s than 2015 ke baad. We are almost 2024, it's already here and the content they give to the audience is insane. Same story everywhere
