The entire Poddar family are in same outfits in the promo as seen in today's episode, except for Abhira. I suspect they altered the storyline and released this promo to maintain the hype. Tomorrow's TRP report will shed light on the situation. It's better not to expect too much, especially from the ml of any show on SP. As you said, The actual episodes often differ from the promos, so it's essential to observe Armaan's actions. He made a promise to Akshara, and it's his responsibility to convince Dadisa. Abhira asserting herself against Dadisa seems to be a strategy to engage the audience. I am really looking forward to see Anita Raj and Samriddhi. They will likely deliver outstanding performances, but I hope the writing aligns with the promo without tarnishing Abhira's character in the actual episodes. It should follow the trajectory depicted in the promo.

We should really stop comparing everything with ghum . The writers are different so they might not show everything the same way as in lost.

Also maybe Armaan won’t start standing up for Abhira until the one year is over and she leaves

maybe as she’s leaving he will fully realize he loves her but he can’t do anything to stop her, then he’ll learn to stand up for what he loves instead of trying to please everyone as usual

Abhira Sharma ,way to go girl !! Best promo of this season until now. Though i think Abhira don’t need anyone’s support ,but i have feeling ki Armaan will support her as he supported her before too. Even if he doesn’t she is strong enough to take a stand for herself ,so Armaan can go to hell!!

Oh my god seriously its not even a month they got married and you are expecting a character like Armaan who cant even stand up for himself to speak for his wife infront of Dadisa? He choose to be the bad person today and took the blame upon himself for Rohit. For us it might be a month since gen4 started but the show's timeline its less than a month. Armaan promised Akshara so he will speak up in episodes we have to wait for that.

I don't remember exactly but I think Virat didn't stand quiet he supported Sai and told something like traditions/rules should change with time and took Sai with him

I kinda understand that he supported Sai in the episodes.. but I think Promo mein Sai was the only one who was talking about her dad's dream and all that. Virat was mostly silent that time in promo.. shayad.

But I also think promo showed him taking somewhere.. and kaku asked where are you going.. virat says "to the college, for Sai's admission" quite simply actually.. was it promo or episode?

Again I think I am confused with episode and promo versions.

Because that means Armaan can stay silent in promos and be supportive in episodes.

Anyway... Chodo... I don't care

This looks so pheeka. The same sequence in the show they're copying from was so impactful. The ML had a voice and spine then. Here they're already on the path to make Abhira another Anupamaa. We saw how that fared last time.
