Googled him a bit, apparently, he came into limelight by cracking some religious jokes which became a political agenda and he went to jail, then there was a huge wave of freedom of speech and creative liberty to protect him.

Then he won the other show!

I followed him for the first time on bigg boss only. He just follows the instructions given by Bigg boss, don't find him as entertaining as he is hyped. Maybe he was better in the other show and ppl follow him.
