Forget about Bhumi, she has become dumb , why didn't DB think of it? Why did they not include Gargi and Dhanraj in this scene? They would've figured it out

Exactly, even i thought that Bhumi will get to know about NeiVika when she was seen in that maggie scene but she has entirely lost it
