She made Kabir as in Karna Illegitimate

Han DB ka BETA Prem, Dhanraj se BADA hoga

I don't think Oberoi is DB's Biological Son, if Writers actually picks up Pete's theory out of their love for Pete that's different

Achha I misread it there. yes Kabir was illegitimate in this theory so this is possible, also Kabir is Bua's son of Neil (like Karna was Krishna's Bua's son)

Kabir is then at least 20 years elder to Neil (elder than Vidur since Vidur and Prem were friends of same age group)

He might become business rival of mahajans

We will get yuvika vs neil ( in healthy business way)also he will have good hold on business decisions if he acquire mahajans shares by this he can help yuvika too
