That couples ego and arrogance is so big that nothing can pass through their head. When Isha spoke about Aishwarya being worst dressed, Neil started speaking up too. Which was exactly Ankita's point that Aishwarya isn't playing individually.

I think Ankita said Aishwarya’s name as lacking individuality in the task which baches couldn’t handle ..Neil started taunting Ankita in kitchen telling her bherchar wale log and in response she started singing just chill and then it started and in the argument Ankita respondedchal chal to Neil & he got triggered
It's fine though, I've seen some previous seasons. It's mandatory to raise your voice to get heard & also when your voice is soft like Neil

Manku ji is obsessed with Neil, she always tries to get a reaction from him. She started it with chal chal which wasn't aired for obvious reasons. Neil should just ignore her now.
