really? it hasn't come up on my Top 10 in Netflix ever..

and we always see claims that blah blah Indian movie (mostly starring Bollywood darlings or their offsprings) as the highest watched movie in Netflix etc so i looked at Netflix's Biannual Viewing Report just released and my fingers got RSI scrolling and i didn't see any Bollywood movies/shows for pages..

The Netflix report is only for the first 6 months of the year.

And you won't see Indian content at the top because Hindi is a niche language and the amount of subscribers in India are very low. English is a universal language across the globe so no Hindi content can compete with their big shows.

TV shows also appear much higher because Netflix provides hours watched. A movie is only 2 hours. A TV show will be 10+ hours so if one person watches a Netflix show, it automatically adds way more hours watched than a movie would.
