This actually sounds so sweet. Tara has really longed for Dev for too long. The fact that he hates her doesn't matter to her. The fact that he is here to take revenge from her doesn't matter either. All that matters to Deva's Tara is that her Deva is here. That's insanely overwhelming from Tara's point of view.
