They won't do unless it is an instruction from PH. They are newcomers. If it was HC from previous generation it makes sense as he an established one. But apart from abhira he had not promoted any cross ship. He just didn't promote the cross ship but also never commented any thing to it. So these newcomers will absolutely not do anything own their own. If they do some mistakes that affect the show the PH have provisions to remove from the show. And RS won't forgive them for their mistakes, it means only doom. So Nope

Sure if Armaan doesnt meet the expectations of audience. A new ML will surely be accepted for Abhira. Their lovestory didnt even start and we have so much offscreen crosship happening. Audience will surely be confused and stop watching.

I'll personally stop watching it. I watched the lost love s1 despite the offscreen chaos, solely for Ayesha's sake. I don't wish for a repeat in Ye Rishta. Fans of previous generations' iconic pairs admire not just their onscreen chemistry but also their offscreen bonding, like Shivi-Momo or Harshad-Pranali. Even during Karan and Hina's time, they faced issues but delivered their best onscreen. Nowadays, fans follow actors on social media, so these actors should be mindful of what they promote.

In my opinion If Dkp is doing this to attain more viewer's they are doing it at correct time. Gen3 has 3 types of fans, legacy viewers, fans of HC, people started to watch from gen3 starting. HC fans left watching the show.

Even though trp has increased last week rishta's viewership reach was same the week before. This means viewers has not increased much. Someone posted this barc data on trp thread and explain about it on one of the previous thread.

What I feel is Dkp does not want new audience to root for one ship. So promoting another also. They can even try to regain a part of Gen3 as well as there are still fans for little roohi and abhimanyu.

NB: My opinion is solely dependent on my belief that all this insta reels by actors is not their own doing but Dkp asked them to do it.

So please don't fight if anyone has other opinions.
