Yes,We don't have any knowledge about how the live award show happens. We only can guess because while telecasting on tv they edit & include performance between the awards as much as I heard

Who is Vishal and who is the guy in the right most bottom in the video thumbnail, (saw the video, so he is..) Siddharth, I think they were both on stage with Harshad when he was dancing with Hrithik.
