Ration task hote the, ekdum bakwas se. Aur ration pe , khane pe jhagda, aur kuch nhi hua. Most of the screen time was take by Shaleen Bhanot with his weird antics.

I don’t think SM sentiment is reflective of general consensus. The two viewer profiles (SM and TV) are very very different. TV viewers like drama, gossips, relationships, and this season is rife with that. SM viewers, on the other hand, like fights and more fights (which this season has lacked).

If you go back to the original concept (season 1 to season 7), it was very similar to this. Short tasks, mostly talking, and fewer fights. Then from BB they tried a different format which did we initially but overtime didn’t do good viewership (insane dip from BB6 to BB15).

Last season they reverted to the original concept and it did well. Iss saal bhi acha chal raha hai.

I started watching from BB3 and I prefer this concept much more than BB10-BB15. I hated those long tasks, unnecessary fights and chillam chilli.

BB definitely is to be blamed. Only Tehelka and Arun's bond wasn't manipulated, so that came out organic. Baki bhi ban sakte the with strong players but they ruined it. It would have been so much fun to see Munna and Vicky continuing with their strategies. It would have been interesting to see Mannara versus Munna in further game. But they ruined it completely. That would have been more organic and interesting. Even Aish/Neil versus Ankita/Vicky was interesting to watch. Aishwarya has been demotivated and Neil ( who can't play is encouraged). BB15 was boring but uss main kitni bonds baney thy. Umar karan ka, shamita pratik nishant ka, BB16 main toh pori mandli bani, priyanka shalin phir pri tina. Iss bar toh BB ko pata nhi kya maslaa hai. He just wants munnu munni's friendship aur baki saari dostiyaan khatakti hain inko. Vicky toh kisi sy baat bhi kar ly toh maslaa hota hai.

Maybe you are liking it. But I am not enjoying any bit of it. They are doing the same which they did in BB15 ( barring tasks and it flopped badly). I remember, how they had set a narrative to eliminate Donal that season and weak house-mates went with the same narrative. Same is happening this season.

Season 5,6,7 etc. season 7 mei toh ek task literally 3 din chala hai. Ye no tasks wala funda pichle season se aya hai. Phle tasks se contestants apne aap groups banate the, tire out hote the mentally and physically toh apne aap unka ghatiya roop aata tha saamne, they never needed any coaching sessions etc to play their game. Ab aisa nahi hota.

There were tasks but used to be one day tasks. Season 7 had a long task but that was just 1 or 2 times in the whole season. They started repeating that afterwards. I don’t recall S5 and S6 having any long tasks. There was 1 luxury budget task and 1 sponsor task. It is pretty much the same now too.

It had entertaining players. We had Archana who gave some comic relief plus chillam chilli. Shalin was another fun element lol. The dynamics were somewhat good. Although, i didn't like previous season too but it had better entertainment quotient.
