Also I didn't find the things Dev said to Tara wrong.

He is her boss, that's his home and her workplace. She cannot bring friends/uninvited people in there and cannot order his staff.

Also Arjun making himself at home without permission was absolutely unprofessional..

Saying that, Deva's action of throwing the food and insulting Tara's intentions by equating her life to a favour he will cash in later was hurtful and wrong.

Arjun ran to stop the chandelier from falling.

Dev went to Tara to pull her away.

It shows that Deva is uncaring of his own safety...the chandelier could have hurt him too. Instead his instinct is to save Tara.

And Arjun was of no use. The chandelier fell upto Tara's neck. Had Deva not pulled Tara away and quickly at that, the chandelier would have hurt both.

Arjun didn't save anyone despite his intentions. All he managed to save was the Chandelier and Mr Mallik's money from replacing it.
