In which episode they mentioned that Mahajans wealth is entirely self acquired property of SPM?
SPM ko different ladies K Saath bistar todne se fursat kidhar Mila Jo entire Mahajan assets gonna be self acquired?
I am sure even SPM had generational wealth but yes he definitely contributed the most in its growth.
Equal distribution is not there because SPM made Will, partition suit file nehi hua jo equal distribution hoga!
Hindu Succession Act has provisions for self acquired property too btw
They did say. when they were discussing about Mahajan 75th anniversary, it was SP who had started the company, and used to work as a workshop guy in their watch unit, everything related to Mahajan empire would be under his self acquired property. In fact had it been family property, all three brothers would have got equal share irrespective of any "will" by SP.
The mere fact that SP was able to do unequal distribution means he was the one with complete rights over the property distribution.
That is exactly what I am saying, the moment "will" comes in picture it is entirely the decision of owner on how property will be divided, other laws won't supersede in such cases. Here he could have very well added Subhadra's name (if at all he cared), yes she wouldn't have got anything if there were a partition suit since she was before the right to females in father's property.
