Ek taraf neil ko ek trauma-ridden insaan dikhaate ho but koi Aisa nai hai Jo saamne se puche the least "how are you?" . Chalo yuvika me nai pucha but vidur doesn't even bother to celebrate his son's success ki bas hamesha mahajans ke politics me ghuse rehna hai. He keeps on reminding neil about his aukaat but when Neil flourishing in his career, he don't have a word for appreciation.

Neil ke truma ko makers bhul Gaye hain uske baare mein kabhi nahi dikhayenge aage it ended with vidur uncle jail track

Vidur uncle ko mahajans ke ghar se bahu nahi chahiye but unke businesse ko safeguard karna 1st priority hain patha nahi kaisa obsession hain apne bete ki murder threat bhi mila tha phir bhi 1st importance unko deni hainJab ki apne bete ka success celebrate karna chahiye tha

Its SP Mahajan who wrote WILL to give 25% to Prem 25% to dhanraj but only 11% to Bhanu his eldest son who was already successfully managing his wealth & business, by the time of his death.

If late SP hasn't left anything for his daughter Subhadra in his WILL, its surely injustice so its now responsibility of Prem & dhanraj's family to let go of 5% each from their own shares to do justice to elder daughter of Mahajan family, give her collectively 10% atleast.

Kya pata suit Kiya bhi ho toh editor ne kaat diya hoga ....But that scene was soo wrong..

SORRY Why on earth you guys are blaming SPM for not giving anything to Subhadra in his Will?

When SPM was alive, when he created that will that time it was NOT LEGALLY allowed to give ancestral property rights to women heirs as per the Mitakshara Survivorship Principles. Women heirs only had Streedhan rights not properly rights. SPM wasn't bound by law or any thing to give Subhadra any percentage of shares in his property. It was the norm that time.

The situation changed only after the amendment in Hindu Succession Act.

It's wrong to blame SPM for Subhadra! You can blame him for giving only 11% to DB but you can't blame him for not giving Subhadra anything.

About Subhadra it was DB & Vidur's responsibility to find some middle way and adjust shares!

Haa to DB ne kyu revise nai Kiya will ko. Vaise bhi subhadra at the end DB se hi to puch Rai hai that why she doesn't have any share part. Vaise bhi SPM chal base, to unhe kitni bhi gaaliya de do, Kuch nai hone waala. Now it's DB's responsibility to manage the will.
