Also it has that intrigue value which keeps us hooked to this drama.

No doubt, there are loopholes but its much better than majority of the dramas, tbh so far. I just feel the ML overacts at times but its still bearable as of now.

Today's episode:

LOL, I'm just finding it too hysterical that the episodes are showing the concept of namak harami so well that Mureed is doing much for loyalty towards Qureshi (Babar's role) that on the surface, one is doing so much to depict his unconditional loyalty but, simultaneously, he's dropping off his revenge bombs without keeping anyone except himself and Mustafa (and the audience posted) + showing his humanity for the poor folks on the streets.

Asma's characterization is decent so far too. She's hellbent on proving her innocence & doesn't mind going against her family for her family. Even though outcome will have her & Mureed united, she chides her father openly for his outdated thoughts over prefering his respect over his daughter's plea. Qureshi's sister (or Asma's aunt) is exasperating & only thinks about izzat & her son over her niece's respect as a woman.

I am liking Asma’s character. She is trying to prove her innocence. She is speaking her mind out. I had a doubt before that whether the marriage was included in Mureed’s plan. Today it’s confirmed that marriage was a part of his plan.

Frankly speaking even if it was pre-planned, I think he'll do anything to beat the crap out of Qureshi without informing him explicitly or through his actions.

Though I did find it hysterical (it is essentially a loop hole in RL smiley36) that his smoking breath was flat out ignored when Qureshi took the car lol. 😂

I have a feeling Mureed actually likes Asma from the start. There are some hints. I though have never seen him dropping any hints of him liking the younger sister.

The show will get more interesting now. I think now Asma and Mureed will get married. But then Asma will get to know about Mureed. She dislikes him now. But will start hating him more when truth gets out while Mureed will fall hard for Asma.

In Episode 2, the scene where the door was locked and she was trying to open it, he came and opened the door. There the look he gave had some spark in it. But he is so driven by his revenge that may be he doesn't have the time to think about love. And like he said he respected Aiman's love.

In the initial teasers, there are two scenes which are yet to come. First one, Asma saying to Mureed that 'jisne tum par bharosa kiya tumne usiko ruswa kiya' and the second one where he is wearing a black suit with gun in front of Asma. As of now, Asma is against the marriage and in the next episode teaser, Ameen is talking about asking his sister for Asma and Arsal's marriage. So I don't know how the situation changes. Even if Ameen agrees but Asma will not agree to marry Mureed.

Yeah. Also the scene where he was smoking infront of thr window. These two are the leads so they will defintely be together. Although I like Arsal too. He seems to be the most sensble guy in the house. Maybe Mureed had thought about this plan since the beginning so he most likely had predicted Asma will be his wife. So maybe he does have supressed feelings.

Also, there is a scene in teaser where most likely mureed is pressing Asmas knees with a stick. I think this will be the point where Asma will realise Mureed is the culprit.

I liked the scene where he questioned Aiman for not looking at Asma's situation on a holistic basis as her sibling as the elders have gone bonkers over reputation in the society.

I would be ok with an open ending between Mureed and Asma like in Yeh Dil Mera. Because of him she is going through a lot. When she gets to know the truth she can understand him but I don't want her to love him because of what he went through. I agree that Mureed seems to have suppressed feelings for Asma.

It can be possible because in that scene she was semi-conscious.

And also Mureed is wearing suits in some scenes in the upcoming episodes. May be he will take over the business but for that he needs to have the relationship with Ameen. But there is no indication of Asma and Mureed's marriage in the teasers and OST.

What I like about Asma is she is not very reactive, especially her expression. I doubt she will fall for him soon unless there is redemption for mureed.

They will not reveal everything in the ost. And I am happy because the show is a suspense show.
