I mean she could have obviously tried contacting Kairav and Muskaan who were willing to come with her back then. Muskaan tho obsessed thi Bhaiji ke beti ko lekar. But no, since they haven't also contacted her, Ak will not take any help from them even if she is on the verge of dying
