Why can't 2 people be praised equally without any overshadowing? Is that too hard for the makers to accomplish?

Instead of showing prem as paramatma and Dhanraj as incompetent makers shd have shown Dhanraj had some health issues due to which he couldn't be Chairman for longer time after that prem took over it
