He can't butter up Bhumi but Yuvika is gullible , he can trap her easily

Neil could have as well watched Yuvika's presser on his mobile, after happily coming out from investor's office once he got funding approval.

Mind you while watching TV, Neil didn't inform investor his dad works for Mahajan's, and that Yuvika is his friend.. so there has to be some other significance for that scene.
