Otherwise she is not that bad of an actress.

She was good in Badar's other dramas like Bala & Dunk opposite with Bilal. They really had a good chemistry..

Ayra is basically done with Zaid now. As she said she doesn't even care

I have watched Azekah before & I like her. I like her chemistry with Bilal. Especially in Dunk. But I also think she isn't that good of an actress. Still I like her. But I am not at all liking her in Mein..

If she is done with Zaid then she should have left the city without telling him.

I think he probably would treat her fairly and keep telling her he loves her, but how horrible if she found out how he really feels. I don’t think he ever really loved her, infatuated initially maybe and the fell into a comfort zone. He still however put up with all her annoying “mood swings”. Letting go is sometimes better for the other person. I think he may also have a warped sense of the word love…maybe he doesn’t truly understand it. He told his friend that he always felt alone in his own home.

The interesting thing is that he feels no remorse or guilt when it comes to Mubashira when he is more directly linked to messing her life up. It makes me believe that what he will feel for her will actually be love and not a sense of responsibility.

After today's episode, I am disliking Zaid even more. He has become that annoying and irritating pain for other people. His friend was right that everyone is selfish but his friend was wrong when he said Zaid isn't selfish and should be selfish as well. In my opinion, Zaid is selfish. He doesn't even care about his sister. I know that any person should not be bullied/blackmailed to do anything to keep their sibling happy. But he doesn't even try. In this sense, Reyaan is far better brother. Despite of not getting along with MJ, he defended her saying she isn't wrong.

Zaid should really really get a betrayal from Ayra. I want this. Bcz he is just spoiling lives of everyone..He claims to understand Ayra and is guilty. Toh help karde silently uski. Why the hell is he pestering and harassing her. Idiot. He is a coward.

Zaid is being selfish without realizing that he’s selfish. He’s trying to fix everything that went wrong. I don’t really feel for Ayra because she can avoid him too if she really wanted to instead of opening the door and then closing it on his face repeatedly. Sometimes I think Ayra enjoys Zaid chasing her.

I also don’t feel like he should do anything for his sister’s sake. His father screwed him over so I don’t feel he owes them anything. Kashmala put her own needs before her brother’s as well. His advice to her actually helped her in the end. She stood up for herself. What kind of marriage would it be if it constantly depended on what went on between Zaid and Mubashira? I also don’t want Zaid to stay with Mubashira for the sake of his sister…I would respect him even less then. I would want him to be with her because he wants to be with her - she deserves that much. I do feel he is being unfair to Mubashira. I understand where he is coming from but it doesn’t make it right. He made no effort with her whatsoever. She’s just been collateral damage in all of this.

I don’t know if Rayyan is a better brother but he’s definitely a better husband at the moment. It’s funny because Zaid used to mock him so much to his sister 😂

I think Zaid doesn’t feel anything for MB, since he knows she married him not for love, but for world, and told her the same. If she was in a different position where she married for marriage then he would have felt for her , but in his opinion and fact also MB did not like or love Zaid.

Comming to Ayra, I don’t know but I am feeling she doesn’t like Zaid at all . She is a victim of Zaid father but truly she doesn’t like Zaid. When Zaid initially came to her house , after her brother kept him away and rejected proposal, why did not Ayra called Zaid and told him we will sort this out. Even after Zaid calls her, she is not reachable.Even after hearing about his marriage date why she did not acted. The lady kept quiet. Atleast if you are serious about ur relationship give that person some clue or discuss what to do next. But here she is quiet, even after knowing he is going to be married.☹️

She did not do anything nor talked with Zaid when such a big thing was going on . She kept quiet.

Zaid , I don’t know what kind of person is he , after not getting his love from Ayra why did he married MB , when he knows why MB wants to get married . Who is he to decide MB life like this, and treat her like this..

The only reason Ayra came back to Zaid marriage is after knowing that her brother was threatened. Did she came back for Zaid , or she wanted to show that it is not fault , nor her brother . That is not true love.

For me both Ayra and Zaid are useless. They don’t know what they want .

True love is taking ownership of each other, and cannot even think of letting it go. Atleast MB takes some ownership of her people😂

You are absolutely right, here they are showcasing his perspective where he genuinely believes he’s doing the right thing. It may not always align with what we want or expect to see, hence the discussions around morality. Do u think Ayra has turned morally grey? That 5 crore stunt in the promo makes me believe so. His “Akelapan..” dialogue says a lot about his equation with his family and this has deeply influenced his behavior and perspective. And it also explains why he is so indifferent/disconnected with them.
And I also felt Mub’s reaction to the pregnancy news completely natural n more human if u ask me as Her life is already in shambles and nothing is going her way so y the pretense. It’s a pity that such reactions are always scrutinized.

Agreed, I think Zaid justifies his behaviour to himself because he knows what her motivations were to marry him. He feels he was just being used so there’s nothing for him to feel bad about. In addition, he knows Mubashira’s personality and refuses to be controlled by her. The funny thing is that I don’t think he realizes that Ayra was controlling him in their relationship but it was just more quiet and humble seeming in nature.

I agree with everything you said about Ayra too. Initially she didn’t know that Zaid’s dad was behind her brother rejecting the proposal yet she never reached out to Zaid. I didn’t expect her to run away with him but what stopped her from reaching out to him after? I don’t feel like she ever put any effort into their relationship at all. You could sense Zaid’s disappointment at times but he always dismissed it because I think he holds her on a pedestal.

True that Zaid and Ayra are unaware of they really want. I think it’s because what they share isn’t true love but rather just comfort. I think that’s why they don’t take ownership of one another. Even now that Zaid is trying really hard and fighting for Ayra, it is motivated by guilt, regret and the need of setting things straight rather than love.

Mubashira does take ownership and Zaid always craved to be prioritized in Ayra’s life but never got that. Oddly I think they would compliment each other well if Mubashira calmed down a bit and became a little less self centered, and Zaid came off his high horse and gave Mubashira a real chance. Unfortunately he might equate making things work with Mubashira as a victory for his dad and that will be enough for him not to try.

Ayra toh I dont understand at all. The character is useless and The actress is so so bad. And dull. And flat. She brings down the energy of the scene 200% as soon as she starts talking. And she sort of juts out her lower lip when angry which almost looks like a 15 year old pouting and sulking and throwing a tantrum for not getting her way

So Zaid is motivated by guilt. Interesting how asif was telling kashmala to keep Zaid in guilt a few episodes back so he can behave like they want.

I'm finding both the main characters and actors are being wasted. Mubashira's role seems to have been reduced to only yelling "Mubashira jaffer hoon mein".. Is anything she doing driving the story????

I like to think that the show is good bec no one is outright black and white but sometimes i feel as if we are giving the show more credit than it deserves because the direction is just terrible.

Your description of Ayra 😂😂😂 She does bring the energy way down.

Great point about Zaid being motivated by guilt and his dad saying it’s important to keep him in guilt. It seems like this is a major driving force behind Zaid’s behaviour. It’s probably already something that Zaid’s dad has tapped into many times to control him.

Im actually enjoying the show now but I could do without all the Ayra/bhabi scenes.

Agreed the show direction is bad, but in reality if such things happen to some one who wants to settle again, it will be a blow.

MB she was ditched by her own mother, then by that idiot, who ditched her in public and her own friend who steals her husband. She is bound to shout and show all these ups and down . Seriously she can shout at her brother and dad. Now to top of this , second husband gets her more problems. It’s like she is going deep and deep. She is trying to save her relationships and doesn’t care of outer world.

In real world also we can see this outbursts.

Zaid, whatever MB feels he also has same pain but he expresses by keeping quiet. If MB shows by screaming he shows by being silent.

Both want to be loved and cared. Both want the same so for me there are perfect .

Ayra doesn’t envelope Zaid with warmth, there is reservations on her . She can’t give Zaid what he wants. Ayra doesn’t trust people that easily and takes everything as responsibility rather than with love .

Yes exactly! I agree with all of this. Zaid and Mubashira may feel the same pain but express it in a completely opposite manner.

Ayra is definitely cold. I think her simplicity is what drew him in. He thought someone like this can give him the care, respect and understanding that he values. He doesn’t think this is something he can get from someone within his own circle of friends. Zaid is self aware of the fact that he values respect - he said it again today when referring to his new boss. However I’m not sure he is aware of how much he craves love and belonging. You could see this every time Ayra would dismiss him but Zaid would just brush it aside.
