Hain?? To sing one doesn't have to say the words??

Maybe it is her choice to not speak........I won't be able to figure out the accent because I don't know Telugu......but I can't believe that someone who is a top singer in a language can't speak it even a little...

Her accent is impeccable. In fact most of her songs won her national and Nandi awards. Yeah, she sang some Hindi and in fact some Pakistani songs too without understanding or being able to speak a word of Hindi or Urdu.

You can very well figure out that Akon is not Hindi speaking in Chammak Challo...

That’s news to me because until she was at her peak she couldn’t speak any other language fluently other than Malayalam and English. Even now she has to translate each and every word of the song into Malayalam. She has her own translator who helps her with the process.

Yes she sings in almost every Indian language.

In fact even Shreya is like her. She sings in Telugu and the other South Indian languages but hardly can understand any of it, let alone speak.

my point is, one doesn’t have to speak a language to be able to sing. We see some kids reciting complex Sanskrit shlokas, you think they can speak Sanskrit?

Sonu & shreya can't speak in Kannada, but they have sang many songs in Kannada..

Also, the lyrics are written in english mostly..
