IMO taunting people for their health issues is a low blow, like you said, we don’t know someone’s health problems or their medical history, aur KZ pe taunts kafi maare hai uski health ko leke phle bhi kuch contestants ne.

Wahi, there are some issues jaha benefit of doubt de dena chahiye, doesn't matter if the person is a liar or a saint.

Even if the person is lying, you'll come out as someone with empathy and grace.
