So no need to fire anybody abruptly, according to new chair Yuvika. There are some corporates who took somewhat similar decisions in real business world, found other means to cover up losses than laying off staff, nothing unusual. But need to see how much Vanshaj writers make this plot appealing or they just go ott emotionally impractical.

Yuvika assured low/average pay employees before the press that Mahajan group is not shutting down couple of companies/factories & neither laying off them as per board's prior decision.

She can ask highly paid board, senior management & middle management teams with sufficient bank balances to work without pay for 3 months, where as request low/average pay employees to work on half pay for next 3 months. And she can also initiate severe operational cost cuttings, along with increasing sales? Can request banks & investors to give her 4-6 months time with additional interests to return money, can ask vendors/customers who owe them payments to return soon etc. etc. in the meantime Mahajan share prices in the market can also improve.

I wanted to ask the same , the labourers were fired cause there was no money to pay them , how will Yuvika convince them for less salary or no salary at all?
