Even i wanted to mention this , they're the ex employees of a reputed company , they can easily find jobs in other companies , why can't they try for jobs in other companies?

But in the promo.it didn't look like they were white collar employees, they might be blue collar workers in factories and such but even they would get decent jobs in other factories so why this unnecessary track? Just to glorify Yuvika as a great leader?
