Ruhi is very well aware of what dj is capable of that's why she informed yuvika about DB's condition. She is not blind or naive in love. She saw that vulnerable part of dj as well as why he turned up like this, that's why she has that soft corner for dj. But all this business deal and s*** doesn't allow to break off the marriage as well as she loves him.
