That was the beginning of the wc....siraj was in red hot form then! Shami was not a sure short starter..But as the wc progressed - shamis graph was on the ascendancy n siraj didn't live upto the hype created around him...

Now ofcourse if a decision has to be taken to play one of them, shami will be preferred over him without an iota of doubt... however that situation is not gonna arise because the winning combination wont be changed in the last match! Else ash could have replaced siraj if there was any need 🙂

So divide the total no of runs comceded by him by the total no of wickets taken, it will give you his average 🙂 i guess glen mcrath had one of the best bowling averages - maybe he is in top5 something not sure 👍

the only player out of form in playing XI is Surya

Hope he awakens tomorrow and plays sincerely rather than randomly tossing bowl in the aor

He is so insensible in batting..does not have an idea where he is hitting and how much he is tossing around...giving away wicket..

there is no point in taking such player who plays in every 10 matches...rahter prefer taking all rounders like Ashwin, Deepak Chahar, Shardul Takhur..who can at least contribute taking 1-2 wickets and 20-30 runs on board

It is pure SKY luck that Rohit won't change his playing XI..no matter what form the player is...unless there is injury (finger crossed)

He should be the Player of the tournament...
