Errors by Dev the police officer

Dev was very right that he guessed Vikrant is seial killer of Panchghati

To be police you must have terrific sixth sense which Dev has may be not to 100% but 70%

You know most terrible killers are caught by sixth sense than by fluke or by inbvestigation. Once i had read a book on a new york serial killer who killed woman. NYPD just could not catch the guy no matter what. Till one police oficer got doubt on one man visiting police station or coming to check progress on case always. And he started observing and following him. And there the guy was caught red handed trying to murder a girl one day by this officer.

I think Dev could have caught Vikrant red handed while trying to kill Bittu he failed. See all he had to do was put 50 CCTVS all oer police station and outside police station roads and in Bittu interrogation room. Also Vikrant can cut the wires ok of all CCTV but there is something known as spy camera that does not need wire or power. Just stick few secret camera all over police station without telling any police man and in Bittu room. Dev is a bit dumb like that at catching killer.

A clever person would have put CCTVs and recorders voice recorders all over station and in bittu interrogation room. How many CCTV or recorders can Dev cut or destroy. He will be recorded in one. Just put a few CCTV secret cameras just opp police station you can prove Dev was in station when Bittu died.

And i would catch the person who gave coffeee to bittu and make sketch of person who dashed him. He must have put poison in bittu coffeee no. Dev is so dumb not that clever as made out.

But where he went wrong is he should keep 24/7 surviellance on Vikrant through outside police(not panchgani police as they are loyal to sarkar)

Second he must tap Vikrant mobile and landline and record it for proofs - Dev is going inside Vikrant house secretly but he could have gone and fixed few recorders and secret cameras all over Sarkar house to record his activity. Secret camera is not easy to find its like book or clip or pen or house goods

Third the new child witness in school should have stayed in Dev house the night and next day taken by him to DM for protection. Never leave that kid with anyone else alone. Why has that witness kid gone to school owned by Vikrant only while shes giving witness against him same day

Dev should have tap mobiles of all my police men to check whose leaking him info and dismiss him for siding with serial killer

Why not serach Sarkar house for some things of victims? He must have something left of those 15 women and 3 men he killed so far
