In "Ghum," Virat used to occasionally support Sai, not constantly. Ruhi seems to fit the ideal daughter-in-law role for the Poddars. She'll likely be compared to Abhira repeatedly, facing similar name-calling and insults as Bhavani Chavan did with Pakhi and Sai, respectively. The difference is that Virat's decisions hold sway being Chavan's son, while Armaan's voice might not be considered due to the bias against him by dadisa, leading to guilt because of his background. Vidyaa might switch sides to support Ruhi, as she can't oppose dadisa. Abhira might be left to fight the Poddars alone.

Exactly.. Virat had the choice to oppose Chavan elders and most times, they did listen to him because he was the favorite son. What Virat chose to do is another matter altogether. However, Armaan has no such power. He will stand silently while Abhira get harassed every day. Unless, he goes through a personality change and decides to oppose the Poddars, which is very unlikely.

Poddars supporting Roohi over Abhira would be so stupid though. Pakhi and Sai belonged to two different families, different social and economic strata. But Roohi and Abhira are cousins. They have the same family background. So I guess Roohi will liked more because she is Rohit's wife.

We want that for every lead couple, don't we? That they move out? It never happens tho. When it does, they end up dying soon after

And anytime the male lead says we'll move out, the female lead is always like, "nahi, family sab kuch hota hai" and all that

I have no idea

The case might be against Yuvraj and his dad maybe? They've shown a connection between Yuvraj and Poddars, so after Yuvraj threatens to kill Akshara, Akshara will take the matter to court, and Yuvraj will hire Armaan as his lawyer

Realising that Yuvraj is actually in the wrong, Armaan may start feeling guilty for going against his teacher and so then agrees to marry Abhira after Akshara dies

This is all a guess tho. Some say that Gen 4 is a remake of Ghum s1, and since I haven't seen Ghum, I can't say anything for sure
