Aishwarya is indeed disrespectful but she clearly seems to have issues. Also, I do feel that she really loves Neil who also seems to be pretty confident about it. Perhaps, why he is so patient. ( Even if he is pretending here and actually yells back in real life, they're still together and it doesn't seem like Neil is faking his love whenever he stands up for Aishwarya)

Both, Vicky and Aishwarya play this victim card whenever they get questioned, declaring to step back and not say anything at all to their spouses but it's clearly not coming out of acknowledgement. It's just guilt-tripping that's happening.

The difference however is probably Aishwarya isn't that aware of what she is doing but Vicky clearly is. He is a smart manipulator. At least, that's what I feel.

Even with their differences Aish and Neil look like they are in love and I don't see that in Vicky and Ankita.
