It shouldn't be easy this time. Viaan learned to walk away/cut the call after finishing his sentences.

The first rule of psychology, never judge anybody. If he start judging, how come patient share their secrets.

See how Shahrukh character in Dear Zindagi. One time he laugh when Alia was telling about 2-3 boyfriend. Then he give example of chair, how we check chair by sitting and then buy.

What is the best advise? Tell the person she ditched you, forget about it. Or She might have some reason, but you have your own life. So don't waste on it.

I think it's a little unreasonable to expect such deep logic and nuances for a supporting character's profession in a daily show. Tv shows take a lot of creative liberty and rely too much on our willingness to suspend doubt for 20 minutes and believe in the impossible for the sake of narrative. SRK's character in Dear Zindagi is too well-etched because it's the theme of the movie and he plays the lead. They are teaching us about the importance of mental health. It's not the case here. They're not here to teach us psychology or architecture. I'm not expecting anything profound from the doctor. I just want the show and the character to make basic sense, without glaring loopholes. And the doctor not knowing aarav's backstory is a big loophole.

Yeah, his behaviour isn't like that of therapist. But, at the moment, he was not a therapist but, his friend and his fan sharing their problems, dukh, dard,peera while drinking. Just, a typical boy talk session. So, I had no problem with his weird behaviour at the moment. Otherwise, he is a clown.

Never thought of it this way. I didn't saw dear zindagi but, read its plot on wikipedia just now. Now, I get from where this backlash against this relationship of therapist and patient came from. I was unable to understand it before. Also, it is against the ethical codes of conduct to marry you client as psychologist.

But, Katha isn't patient, aarav is so, how this should be quantified?

and they didn’t even show taking him for a follow up session. He never fell sick which is good but they should’ve shown at least kv taking care of him when he wasn’t well which would’ve been realistic as one who recovers from cancer is hale and hearty all the time😀

He was running, dancing etc how? At least he should've felt weakness but no ..too realistic

Now they are making Ehsaan realistic like Aarav. He also agrees Katha should hide her relationship with Viaan and continue to be unhappy. How cute realistic buddy!!

No no, Katha should come to Raghuvanshi house and sleep with Viaan after what his family did to her instead that will be more realistic

Katha shouldn't hide things from Raghav at this stage when every other employee of her office knows about him. That I agree with.
