Chef Marco's Take on Master Chef India Delights

I am sorry, i am behind watching Master Chef. I finally completed episode with Chef Marco as guest and While I greatly respect the culinary expertise of Chef Marco, I couldn't help but feel bad during the recent episode of Master Chef India. It seemed a bit off when he praised Seema's dish, only to have another judge express dissatisfaction, deeming it not up to par with "our food".

Constructive criticism is crucial, but it's equally important to remember the essence of inviting international chefs to judge a competition centered around Indian cuisine.
