I thought Samarth was just trying to imitate a villain character earlier because I have never seen his body shaking and his weird behaviour during UD days. But nowadays when I see him I feel that the sudden twitches and movements in his body happens when he is extremely restless and stressed

I agree, yes he twitches alot. Keeps moving his neck sideways also. On WKW you can clearly see him keep moving his neck sideways, movement with his eyes and all. In 1 episode even Abhishek said " yeh hilta kiu rehta hai itna"
