She wasnt shocked about Seerats antics but the MU that happened on the day she left. She genuinely believed Angad had feelings for Seerat and is shocked that it was not Seerat but her that he was supposedly talking to. And shes shocked about the extent to which Seerat could fall.

Angad knew all her antics. He was already cheated by Seerat once- that too not minor- he was dumped at the altar- But he also is "shocked" and realizing everything only now! He even says he trusted and was friends with Seerat. Which guy in his right mind would do that?!

Atleast Sahiba is programmed to care for seerat to some degree because khoon ka rishta hai. If our siblings, parents are criminals we can punish them but not always hate them. Whats Angads reason to trust Seerat so much after already being cheated by her?!
